WorkGenius Acquires Full Ownership of Futurepath
WorkGenius has completed its acquisition of Futurepath GmbH by purchasing the remaining 49% stake from CARIAD SE, Volkswagen Group's automotive software division. This follows WorkGenius's earlier 51% acquisition through Expertlead in August 2023.

Futurepath will continue to operate as a standalone brand, maintaining its strategic partnership with CARIAD and Volkswagen while leveraging WorkGenius technology to strengthen service delivery in specialized technical talent sourcing.
This structure ensures continuity for existing Futurepath clients while extending the platform's capabilities through WorkGenius's technology infrastructure.
